FaMe HR Module

The qualification and training planning as well as the proof function in the FaMe HR module have been revised. Training and instruction courses can be planned using this function. The management of dates and proof of participation in one of the courses are also components of the function. These functions are used, for example, for the operation of medical facilities. The instruction of operating personnel on new devices must be proven and documented. New employees also have to undergo instruction when assigned to certain activities. The FaMe program organizes the proof and participation in the corresponding courses. Recurring instruction, such as safety instruction at airports, can also be organized and documented via FaMe. In a predefined cycle, all affected employees are automatically notified and requested to enroll in one of the courses. If this does not happen within a specified period, the person responsible automatically receives a message about the lack of participation. If the FaMe Access interface (electronic access control system) is used, access to certain areas or buildings can be blocked by FaMe. A similar function is available for checking permits such as driver's licenses. The operator of driving services is required to cyclically query and check the permits to drive a vehicle. If the FaMe Fleet Management module is used, the driver in question can be automatically blocked from the list of available drivers if proof is missing. FaMe automatically organizes the monitoring. After initialization, the system takes over the automated check. If there is a deviation from the specifications, a named body is notified by email, dashboard, or SMS.
